Sub: De-earmarking of Flat No.C-II/23, Tilak Lane, New Delhi earmarked for Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressai Commission (NCDRC), New Delhi.

The undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to de-earmark Flat No.C-II/23, Tilak Lane, New Delhi earmarked for Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). New Delhi with immediate effect. Henceforth, the Flat No C-II/23, Tilak Lane, New Delhi will be allotted as de-earmarked house.

 

2. This issues with the approval of Honble Minister of Urban Development.
